The Space
Avidazen is a homey place to stay in during your visit to the city or when you’re attending work-related seminars or conventions.
Close to major specialty hospitals like Philippine Heart Center, Lung and Kidney Insititute, Veterans Memorial Hospital, Children’s Medical Center, Avidazen is a convenient place for your loved ones while waiting for their checkup or medical procedure.
This one-bedroom condo unit is fully furnished, with 1 Bedroom, 1 T&B, Kitchen, Dining and Living areas.
VitaZen was designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with areas arranged to maximize the space and most furniture carefully handpicked to provide additional storage or allow multiple uses.
A soothing palette of neutrals, light creams and browns dominate the living area décor to make your stay relaxing.
The windows offer a sweeping view of the QC cityscape and the next door greenery of Manila Seedling Bank.
You can binge-watch on your favorite TV series on Netflix or catch up on your Korean dramas on a 55" smart TV using high speed internet service. A TV plus unit for accessing local channels is provided at no extra charge.
The sofa can be converted to a make-shift bed to accommodate a third guest. Work on your laptop using the side table.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, rice cooker, bread toaster, and electric kettle, while basic cooking, and eating utensils and dishes are provided for your convenience. Only light cooking is encouraged.
The dining table that seats four people can also be used as a work space for your laptop.
The bathroom comes equipped with a lavatory, toilet with bidet, towels, and basic toiletries. The shower is confined in a glass enclosure to keep the floor near the toilet, dry.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed for two, with pillows and bed-sheets. It is comfortably equipped with an air-conditioning unit, dresser, closet with hangers and a safety deposit box for your belongings. Wall sconces for mood lighting and blinds that can be adjusted to get a good night’s sleep are provided. A hairdryer and flat iron are also available. The third guest will also be provided with beddings.

Swimming in the community pool is allowed, for a fee. One can also have a relaxing stay by the poolside on the 1st Floor. The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday.
The unit has no washing machine/dryer. Laundry service can be requested from nearby laundry shops.
Restaurants, shopping malls and grocery stores are a short distance on foot or by car. (Near Centris, Vertis North, Trinoma, Landmark, and SM North EDSA.)

* We provide clean beddings, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash at the beginning of your stay. We also ensure that the unit is cleaned thoroughly, before you check-in. But we do not provide unit cleaning or changing your beddings during your stay. For stays longer than 2 days we can arrange a cleaner for a fee. Thank you!

Noel (Airbnb host/owner) or his co-host will be accommodating guests through airbnb thread, phone and email. Noel or his co-host will personally give you the keys upon check-in, and also personally receive the keys upon check-out.
